Tualatin Valley Water District (District) invites qualified contractors to submit proposals to provide professional landscape maintenance services that demonstrate best practices for water efficient landscaping in the District's Water Efficient Demonstration Garden (Garden). District intends to select one contractor to provide these services for a three-year period with two one-year extension options. Interested contractors must submit proposals. Proposers must be licensed by the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. This work is not subject to prevailing wage rates. Proposers will be notified via email when addenda are published. It is the responsibility of the proposer to obtain all addenda. Contractors are responsible for obtaining any Addenda by using the link provided in the automatic email. District reserves the right to cancel this RFP, reject any and all proposals not in compliance with prescribed public contracting procedures and requirements, including proposer responsibility under ORS 279C.375(3)(b), and may reject for good cause any and all proposals upon District's finding that it is in the District's or the public's best interest to do so. District reserves the right to waive informalities and to negotiate a contract with the highest scoring proposer. Proposers need not be licensed under ORS 468A.720 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement). Proposers will be responsible for all costs associated with preparing a proposal.
