Wage rates as determined by the Mass. Commissioners of the Department of Labor and Industries apply to this project. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in an amount that is no less than five (5%) percent of the proposal amount. Bid deposits shall be either a certified check, bid bond, treasurers check or cashiers check issued by a responsible bank or trust company.
