All the conditions of this call for tenders will be contained in the documents available on the Electronic Tendering System For any information, you must contact Mr. Michel Brodeur, municipal and building inspector and responsible for awarding contracts, at the following telephone number: 450 347-5376 , ext. 26 or by email at permis@mmsg.ca . The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest bid or any of the bids received and declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the bidders in the event of rejection of all the bids. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. Only tenders prepared on the forms provided by the Municipality will be considered.
