The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, University of Mas- sachusetts Boston, will receive sealed bids for the McCor- mack Hall Roofing Project, Phase 2. Filed-Sub Bid Categories are Waterproofing, damp-proofing and caulking; Roofing & Flashing; Glass & Glazing; Plumbing; Electrical Work; Metal Windows; Misc ornamental; Masonry Work. Filed-Sub Bidders must be certified by DCAMM for the category of work they bid on. A 5% bid deposit that is no less than of the bid amount must accompany all bids.
