Site work for an educational facility in Welland, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for site work for a educational facility.
The successful Respondent will be required to provide all labour, material and equipment necessary to remove, supply/replace and install six (6) existing flagpoles and supply and install two (2) new flagpoles, for a total of eight (8) new flagpoles (the "Work"). The Contractor shall be responsible for the; - design, construction and installation of eight (8) flagpoles at two (2) separate campus locations - lowering and removal of the existing flagpoles with crane and dispose of properly as per applicable legislation and regulations - inspecting and determining the condition of existing concrete bases - Engineering requirements for the concrete base design or modifications - submission of stamped shop drawings of the flagpole and concrete bases for the College to approve within three (3) weeks of Award - spacing of the new flagpoles the same as the existing ones and in the same alignment The Work is to be done at both College campuses: - Welland Campus located at 100 Niagara College Boulevard, Welland, ON - Daniel J.
