Renovation of an educational facility in Hanover, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
QUOTES REQUESTED FOR: Supply and install the following commercial storefront in clear anodized 1 3/4" x 4 1/2" framing. Enclosure will consist of: One set of Double doors with Side Lite, Narrow Style Rails with Three Hinges, 10" Bottom Rail, Ladder Pulls, Push Bars, LCN Closers and Sweeps. Stackable Windows with Left & Right Stack with Side Lites. All Side Lites and Stackables to have bottom panel with Spandrel Glass (Berwick Black). All other glass in top panel of side lites, stackables and doors will be 1/4" clear tempered glass. Existing storefront will be removed and disposed of as well as installation materials and in order to leave the area clean. Pricing should include Prevailing Wage. Start Date: Mid-September, End Date:12/31/22. Work would need to be done over a weekend with a holiday or a week when school is not in session. Pricing should include Prevailing Wage.
