Renovation of a municipal facility in Macon, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The total budget for this project will be some value between $100,000-$150,000. The Project consists of replacing the existing fluid applied membrane coated built-up roof system with a new 60 mil PVC roof system. 755 Third Street Roof Replacement The Project will be awarded in one Contract. Fifty-one percent (51%) of the Work under the Contract Documents must be self-performed by the General Contractor. The Project will be awarded by base bid [or "by base bid plus selected alternates"] on a lump sum basis for the performance and completion of all Work required by the Contract Documents. All bid questions must be submitted to the Owner by 2:00 P.M. on September 20, 2022. All questions regarding said project shall be directed to the Engineer of Record, Mike Clark of Michael E. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid, prepared on the form of Bid Bond that is part of the Contract Documents, duly executed by the Bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Georgia and listed in the latest issue of U.S. Treasury Circular 570. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
