As of Septembee 28th, 2022, project was awarded to Henry's Carpet. However, awarded amout was not disclosed. Grainger County will be soliciting bids to replace floor covering at Bean Station Library. Three bid options are requested, however, not required to qualify. Flooring should meet the following specifications: Option 1: LVT 2.5mm/20 mil Glue Down 29 Gauge material Commercial Application Product Warranty 10 years Workmanship 1-year guarantee Remove existing flooring and prep floor for new covering All Material and Labor should be included in total cost Note: All books will be removed from shelving however, shelving will need to be removed by contractor. Option 2: Carpet Tile 24x24 Gauge 1/10 in Stitches 10 per in Total Thickness 0.282 in Tufted Weight 26 oz Traffic Rating - Severe Commercial Application Workmanship 1-year guarantee Product Warranty Required Note: All books will be removed from shelving, however, shelving will need to be removed by contractor.
