Manhattan Construction, the Construction Manager-at-Risk, is soliciting subcontractor competitive proposals for the Texas A&M Bright Area Development - Indoor Practice Facility. All scopes of work are included for this package, except the following: Concrete, Steel Fabrication and Erection, Metal paneling/Plastic Glazing/Louvers, Bifold Doors. The overall Bright Area Development Program is a phased project including a new Indoor Practice Facility, renovations to the existing Bright Building, a new Academic Building, and new Suites in Kyle Field. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the instructions to bidders (via building connected) to Manhattan Construction. This project has a 26% HUB participation goal and HUB firms are strongly encouraged to submit, and non-HUB firms are encouraged to include and identify HUB participation included in their bids. *Interested parties should contact the Construction Manager directly for project documents.
