Renovation of a multi-residential development in Jackson, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
**As of September 29, 2022 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Following project: HVAC and water heater replacement at multiple residential units. Alternate 1: Light fixture replacement at Rosewood Community Center. Alternate 2: Window replacement at multiple residential units. A Five Percent Bid Security is required. Refer to other Bidding requirements described in Document 002113 - Instructions to Bidders. This project is funded with federal dollars and certain provisions and regulations apply as described in Document 004396 - Representation and Certifications to Bidders. Bidders are required to present evidence of proper licensure according to State Contractor's Licensing Law and HUD requirements. Contractors are requested to visit the site of the work prior to bidding.
