Saving Project...

Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Greenfield, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.

Scope of work for this phase is LIMITED to exterior entrance UNITS# 1 - 10, per schedule A601 only, which includes the supply and installation of the 10 exterior entrances as described and any and all fundamental and/or ancillary work as necessary to complete the installation as specified including and other trade work such as electrical, millwork, etc. No other work is included as part of this request. Because the attached documents refer to other work which may not be included, Proponents are urged to carefully examine the documents. Proposals will only be accepted as compliant with the Specs and Drawings, no compromise on availability or alternatives permitted. Supply and install to be completed within 120 days of contract award. Request for explanation or clarification will only be accepted until September 9, 2022, by 12:01am local time to the attention of Adam Grant, agrant@regionofqueens.com . Current budget approval from the Province of Nova Scotia is $78,000 + HST but may be increased to maximize project result.
