Renovation of a residential development in Cordes Lakes, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Yavapai County, in partnership with NACOG, has been awarded a federal HOME grant from the Arizona Department of Housing for housing rehabilitation projects. NACOG will accept bids from qualified firms registered with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors to make substantial repairs to two homes in Yavapai County located in Mayer and Prescott Valley. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: Subfloor repair, flooring installation, siding replacement, skirting replacement, exterior paint, deck repair, re-leveling, plumbing, electrical distribution and rain gutter installation. The bids must be on a lump-sum basis, for the entire scope of work for each home. Bidders may bid on one or multiple homes, and each will be awarded separately to the lowest qualified bidder.
