For On-Call Tree Pruning Any contract awarded shall commence as of January 18, 2023 - the expiration of the Towns present tree pruning and cleanup contract, and shall be for a three (3)-year term. If the Procurement Office is closed due to weather or other emergency, the deadline for receipt of bids shall be extended until 9:00 A.M. on the next business day that the Procurement Office is open. All Bids shall comply with the IFB issued by the Town of Natick, including, without limitation, Section 1, Instructions to Bidders, and Bid Submission Requirements. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any, any part of, or all Bids in the best interest of the Town. Any Bid submitted will be binding for thirty (30) days subsequent to the time of bid opening. Award is subject to appropriation and to vote of the Natick Select Board.
