Renovation of a military facility in Moses Lake, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

A. Work shall include providing of labor, equipment, materials, products, finishes, accessories, furnishings, specialties, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, utilities, services, superintendence, taxes, overhead and profit, and civil, and electrical improvements for total construction of the Project in strict conformance with the Contract Documents. 1. Workmanship and installation procedures regarding materials, equipment, and products listed in this specification and indicated on the Drawings shall follow published industry standards unless specified and detailed differently to a higher standard. 2. Failure to comply with published or detailed workmanship or installation procedures will result in installer removing defective workmanship and installations and providing new work at no additional cost to the Owner. 3. Materials and systems shown on the Drawings and specifications are part of the Contract Documents Work and shall be installed complete as part of Project. Conflicts in the Work shown or specified do not relieve the Contractor and his subcontractors from performing the Work. No additional compensation will be awarded if any Work is shown on the Drawings and/or in the Specifications, whether or not they are in conflict with each other. Provide new generator and ATS Provide new panelboards and transformer. Replace existing parking lot light fixture beads with new. Please direct questions regard-ing this project to Jon Beade of Hargis Engineers 206-436-0465 The Owner has Federal Funding or other special require. ments for this project. The Bidder will be required to comply with the DIVISION 00 SPECIAL CONDITIONS section in the specifications. Please direct ques-tions regarding his subject. to the office of the Consultant. The successful Bidder is required to register and create an account in the DES Diversity Compliance program electronically. Voluntary numerical MWBE goals of 10% MBE, 6% WBE, 5% Washington Small Business, and 5% Veterans have been established for this project. Achievement of the goals is encouraged. The State reserves the right to accept or reject any or all propos-als.
