Belknap County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or any part thereof, to waive any formality in the process, and to accept the proposal considered to be in the best interest of the County. The County may cancel this proposal request at any time for any reason. Failure to submit all information called for may be sufficient grounds for disqualification. General Specifications: Provide the project name(s), description, scope of work, and date of completion for every similar project undertaken by the firm in the last 2 years. Explain in detail scope of work to be done Clean and dispose of all materials at the end of each day All work to be done between the hours of 8 AM to 4PM After receipt of proposals, the County will evaluate the proposals. The Board of Commissioners will make a decision and all bidders will be notified. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any part thereof in the best interest of the County. Insurance Coverage: The Contractor shall always maintain during the life of this contract the following insurance coverage. The Contractor must also require its subcontractors to maintain such coverage. Workers Compensation Insurance: The Contractor shall carry workers compensation insurance as required by the State of New Hampshire. Comprehensive General Liability Insurance: The Contractor shall maintain a broad form comprehensive general liability insurance policy in an amount of no less than $1,000,000 combined single limit per occurrence. Motor Vehicle Insurance: The Contractor shall carry motor vehicle insurance to include bodily injury, property damage, uninsured motorist, and employer's non-ownership coverage in an amount of no less than $1,000,000 combined single limit per occurrence. Belknap County must be named as an additional insured on the Comprehensive General Liability Insurance and the Motor Vehicle Insurance policies required by the foregoing. Contractor shall provide an insurance certificate confirming the above insurance coverage and such endorsement. The insurance certificate and the underlying insurance coverage shall be issued by the carrier authorized to do business in the State of New Hampshire and having A.M. Best Company rating of "A" or better. The Contractor shall have professional insurance/errors and omissions insurance with limits of not less than $1,000,000 each occurrence, where applicable. The Contractor shall file certificates with Belknap County showing proof of insurance at the time the contract is awarded.
