Renovation of a municipal facility in Harrisonville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The County reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit a bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No bidder may withdraw a bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. SCOPE OF PROJECT Engineered plans can be reviewed/copies obtained at the Public Works Office, 30508 SW Outer Road, Harrisonville. Install and provide all fixtures, devices and supplies as per Engineered plans. All lighting and receptacle branch circuits shall be supplied from the existing 200-amp panel located in the new building. Install and provide interior lighting with H.O.A. switch and time clock. Install 16 new LED high-bay lights 19k lumens fixtures as per owner’s locations. Revamp west pole with new GFCI protected receptacles, update three existing to LED flood lights as needed with photo control, and redirect light direction as per owners’ direction. Redirect light on North pole as per owners’ direction. Provide new 56w LED flood light on north end of new building to operate on dusk-to-dawn. Provide new 129w LED flood light on south end of new building to operate duskto-dawn. Provide and install three new GFCI protected receptacles on the interior ofthe south wall as per owners location. Provide and install three new GFCI protected receptacles on the interior north wall as per owners’ location
