Renovation of a transportation facility in McAlester, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

a) Removal of existing roof down to but not beyond concrete decking except where required to patch degraded concrete. b) Remove any foreign materials and/or debris from existing roof. c) Replace or patch degraded areas of concrete decking with epoxy hardener where feasible. d) Raise or level the roof to allow proper drainage. e) Replace all scupper grating. f) Install 1/2 " EPS fan fold insulation over existing roof surface. g) Install 115 MIL FleeceBack TPO white membrane or equivalent adhered with a low-rise foaming adhesive h) Terminate roof system at rake edges Fascia bar with break metal hemmed on both long sides. (City to choose from standard color chart). i) Install all related manufacturer required accessories, including vents, stacks, flashings, curbs, edging, drains, etc. j) Clean up and properly dispose of all roofing related debris and fix any tire tracks left in turf. k) Provide for Manufacturer's inspection and acceptance of all completed work by a Factory Quality Assurance Inspector. l) Furnish City with a standard Manufacturer's Warranty or equivalent covering Labor and Materials for twenty (20) years. This shall not be pro-rated or contain exclusions for consequential damages or ponding water. This warranty shall be fully transferable if the building is sold during the warranty period. m) A full spec sheet will be sent attached to this Request for Proposal. (PG 22) The City of McAlester will be accepting sealed bids for the proposed installation of the roof for the Airport North Terminal Building located at 110 Airport Drive.
