Renovation of an educational facility in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of September 19, 2023, this project is in the contract process with the low bidder. The low bidder's identity and amount has not yet been disclosed. A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Project involves concrete repairs, traffic coating, and drainage improvements to the exterior concourse at the Murphy Center and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Project number - SBC #366/009-03-2020, 20206.00 Bid Security is required in the amount of five percent (5%) of total amount of bid, including alternates, in the form of a Bid Bond or check (certified or cashier's) made payable to State of Tennessee. Notice to Proceed for All Work 160 Days $150 Per Day The Owner reserves right to: reject Unit Prices proposed in a bid without invalidating other portions of bid; reject a bid which does not provide all required Unit Prices; waive informalities; and, reject any or all bids.
