Site work for a day care center in Seminole, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a day care center.
The Seminole Nation of Oklahoma (Nation) is requesting Proposals for a qualified firm to bring in enough Engineered fill to the site located at 1920 Reid Street, Seminole, Oklahoma, to fill two areas. Approximately 60 x 200 x 6 on the east side and approximately 60 by 150 x 9 on the north side of the existing building. The Engineered fill is to be placed in 8 lifts and compacted to 90%. Please conform to the City of Seminole erosion control requirements. In addition, bring in enough crushed stone(3/4 to 1) to cover the existing sports field. Also, bring in enough engineered fill and crushed stone to stock pile the material at a location designated by the owner. Erosion requirements will be required. Additional construction of a retaining wall, specs will be provided by owner. Selection of the firm will be based on proposed concept, completion time, and prior performance of the firm with similar projects. Complete cost estimates are required. Absolutely no exceptions shall be made for proposals not received by the appointed time. The Seminole Nation reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted.
