Renovation of a mixed-use development in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
The College needs to convert three (3) existing office spaces located at 10th Floor, i.e. RM1005, 1006, and 1007 into exam rooms. Contractor is required to do the followings: remove existing carpet and baseboards from two office spaces, Room 1005 and 1006 install base cabinets, sink, faucet, and countertop run plumbing lines (water, drain, and vent lines) to the nearest existing main lines modify the existing light switches into two-way dimmer switches, and/or two-way switches modify and add a tempered glass vision panel to the existing metal door replace new door lock paint the three rooms with a separate accent color that match to the flooring color of each room remove existing carpet and replace with luxury vinyl flooring for Room 1005 and 1006 install wall protector on accent wall install blackout window film on the window of Room 1005. A licensed electrician and plumber are required to perform all the electrical and plumbing. All work on this Contract is to be completed within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed.
