The Center de services scolaire de Laval owns more than 115 establishments on the territory of the island of Laval. In order to ensure the proper maintenance of our establishments, we are looking for one or more companies that can provide the expertise, labor, tools and equipment necessary to perform grease interceptor pumping services. , cesspools and septic tanks described in this call for tenders.

Contract end date: September 30, 2024 Summary description of options
Renewal option: one (1) one (1) year renewal option.
The contract is for a firm period of two years, from October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2024, with the possibility of one (1) year extension. The extension year is at the discretion of the PUBLIC BODY and it must be under the same terms and conditions as the last year, i.e. 2023-2024. Option to provide additional services:
A renewal option or an option to provide additional services of the same nature as those initially required, offered at the same price and intended to meet the needs covered by this contract. Tender guarantee (nature and amount): 10% of the total amount of the tender excluding all applicable taxes, in the form of a bond issued by a Financial Institution.
Performance guarantee: Performance guarantee of 10% of the amount of the Contract in the form of a bond issued by a Financial Institution. Applicable agreements:
ACCQO: Trade and cooperation agreement between Quebec and Ontario.
CFTA: Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
AQNB: Agreement to liberalize public markets in Quebec and New Brunswick.
