DURATION OF THE CONTRACT
The contract covered by this call for tenders is for a period of 36 months from its effective date. The probable start date of the contract is October 1, 2022. BID SECURITY
No bid security is required. Any tenderer must note that if he refuses to respond to his tender, the Company may reject any tender presented by this tenderer to the Company during the next two years. CONDITIONS
Only tenders submitted by tenderers who meet the following conditions will be considered:
a) have in Quebec, or in a territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement, an establishment where they carry out their activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in their name and accessible during normal office hours;
b) have the required qualifications and hold the licenses required under the Building Act (CQLR, chapter B-1.1). TRANSMISSION OF COMPLAINTS
All complaints filed with the Societe under section 21.0.4 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (CQLR, chapter C-65.1) must be sent to complaint@sqi.gouv.qc .ca, no later than the deadline set for receipt as indicated in the Additional Instructions. INFORMATION
Tenderers who wish to receive clarifications concerning the call for tenders must communicate in writing to the e-mail address designated below, taking care to mention the contract number, and this, maximum three working days before the deadline date and time for receipt of tenders. If such a request for clarification
is received two working days or less before the deadline date and time for receipt of tenders, the Company reserves the right not to consider it.
