Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Leander, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
PURPOSE: The City of Leander, herein after "City", seeks an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm, or Corporation, herein "Respondent", to provide Pre-Design Services for the City of Leander. The City is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified design firms with experience and expertise in the technical areas of architectural and conceptual design to assist the City of Leander in assessing and conceptualizing a new city hall facility. Each Respondent will be scored for each category of service. Contract agreement will issued for each to best qualified Respondent as determined by an evaluation committee of City staff. Deadline for Vendor Questions Submitted to the City of Leander September 6 , 2022 at 5:00 PM The City reserves the right to reject any or all responses, or delete any portion of the response, or to accept any response deemed most advantageous, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the response received that best serves the interest and at the sole discretion of the City. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
