Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in St Louis, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the addition of a 390-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; for the renovation of a 540-square-foot municipal facility; municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
SaskEnergy is looking to complete an addition to the St Louis Compressor Station office located at #255 Buffalo Park Road, St. Louis SK. The scope of the project includes but is not limited to: a new 36m2 (390 sq.ft.) addition to an existing office in St. Louis, Saskatchewan. The building is wood framed on a slab on grade with concrete piles, metal roof and siding and engineered roof trusses. Approximately 50m2 (540sq.ft.) of the existing office space is being renovated as part of the work which includes new paint, ceiling, flooring, mechanical ducting and electrical. The work includes a new furnace and condensing unit as well as a new electrical panel, all new LED lights and specific security and data requirements. Estimated value: $350,000 to $400,000 Estimated construction start mid-October 2022. Mandatory substantial completion - March 31, 2023.
