Site work and new construction of a civil project in Sheldon, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
For the construction work for the 2022 Water System Improvements, Schedule 2: Elevated Storage Tank project and work incidental thereto, as described in the Plans and Project Manual therefor, now on file in the office of the City Manager. The site for the proposed water tower is located at the northeast comer of the intersection of Country Club Blvd and 330th Street in O'Brien County southeast of Sheldon, Iowa. The site is bordered by a Country Club Blvd to the west, 330th Street to the south and agricultural fields to the north and east. Construction of a 500,000 gallon elevated water storage tank, site work, and all miscellaneous appurtenant work. On request, Owner will provide Bidder access to the Site to conduct such examinations, investigations, explorations, tests, and studies as Bidder deems necessary for submission of a Bid. Bidder shall fill all holes and clean up and restore the Site to its former condition upon completion of such explorations, investigations, tests, and studies. Bidder shall comply with all applicable Laws and Regulations relative to excavation and utility locates.
