Site work for a civil project in Leander, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of upgrading electrical and odor control components, recoating the wet well, repainting the piping, and other appurtenant work. Bids shall be clearly identified on the lower left corner of the envelope with "WASTEWATER COLLECTION SYSTEM LIFT STATION IMPROVEMENTS, PHASE 3." Bids received after the named closing date and time will be returned unopened. Contract Documents and Specifications may be reviewed without charge at City of Leander City Hall, (512) 528-2700, or the offices of George Butler Associates, Inc, (512) 259-3882. These documents may be procured for free in electronic format for bidder's use from the Engineer's office by emailing a request to kalbreski@gbateam.com. A 5% Bid Bond, 100% Performance and Payment Bonds, and Insurance requirements are required. Bidders shall comply with all bid requirements and specifications as defined by George Butler Associates, Inc. The City of Leander reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any and all technicalities or formalities Type of Work has changed from None to Lift Station Improvements
