Requesting proposals for a firm to manage and operate the parking facilities at Appleton International Airport (ATW). The deadline for vendor questions will be noon September 6th The Appleton International Airport (ATW), a municipal organization under Outagamie County, is seeking proposals from qualified entities for the Management/Operation of Parking Facilities serving the Appleton International Airport. The facilities owned and managed by the Airport include the Vehicle Public Parking areas serving the main terminal, control devices, entrances, exits, other improvements, including the Hourly, Daily, and Weekly Parking Lots, Exit Plaza, the Revenue Control System and other parking related equipment that is owned and managed by the Airport. For calendar year 2021, there were 38,108 vehicles thru Short Term parking and 324,573 vehicles thru Long Term parking, ATW Express Park had 22,727 vehicles. Total gross revenue for calendar year 2021 was $2,973,134.00. The current parking lot configuration has 2036 long term stalls and 256 short term stalls. The ATW Express parking has approximately 617 parking stalls. ATW parking has the following entrances / exits / equipment/ systems - Flash Parking (Installed June of 2022) Operating Windcave payment system (note that ATW is operating a cashless parking system) CCTV on Gates CCTV on overall parking lot with PTZ cameras monitored by Airport Public Safety Automated pay station inside terminal that accepts credit card 1 Main Entrance Plaza o 2 short term entrance gates, 2 long term entrance gates o 1 secondary long term entrance gate 1 Exit Plaza with Office space o 4 exit lanes. All with credit card ability ATW Express Park (Valet Parking) 49 parking stalls in drive lane 2 for incoming and outgoing vehicles Operating SMS software by Tez Technology Separate, secured parking lot with vehicle gates and approximately 578 parking stalls The base term is one year, to commence on January 1, 2023. There will be the option of five (5), one (1) year renewals with mutually agreed upon terms.
