The Pearl River County Utility Authority (the Authority) is soliciting qualification statements from interested firms to assist the Authority with engineering and project implementation services for project(s) relating to the American Rescue Plan Act and the Mississippi Municipality and County Water Infrastructure Grant Program (collectively the Act). The proposed type of projects anticipated by the Authority are as defined as eligible projects in the Act. The scope of services includes preliminary analysis of the Authoritys needs, preliminary engineering design, final engineering design, construction observation and project implementation in compliance with requirements of the Act. It is the intent of the Authority to invest in water and sewer infrastructure. The Authority shall evaluate each Respondent. Respondents will be evaluated on the basis of the written materials submitted and according to the following factors: The Authority reserves the right to conduct oral interviews for the top scoring firms/individuals. The Authority will determine which firm will be selected to enter into contract negotiations. The Authority reserves the right to enter into contracts with multiple firms to provide the services contained within this request for qualifications.
