The City of Gallatin Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a vendor to provide Baseball Infield Dirt for 4 park locations in Gallatin TN: Triple Creek, Municipal Park, Clearview Park and Thompson Park. Infield Dirt Specifications Clay 40 % Sand 60% Truckload per order Vendor Requirement Meet above specifications. Price to include delivery. Pricing good for 1 year, with one year extensions up to 3 years. The City of Gallatin will award the contract to lowest responsible and responsive bidder meeting specifications, quality, and performance standards pursuant to the Municipal Purchasing Act of 1983. Response will be based on the following factors; Completeness of response Cost Vendor track record, including references Quality of service Quality of product Product Track Record The City of Gallatin reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality found therein. The City of Gallatin will award a contract based on evaluations described above. In the event that the lowest bidder is not available at time of need, the city reserves the right to go with the next lowest bidder.
