The City of Eureka, MO is seeking a qualified firm to perform geotechnical services, construction material testing and special inspections for the construction of various City improvements including but not limited to Park Improvements and a new Government Center. Please direct all questions to Katie Aholt at Navigate Building Solutions; 636-359-8538 or katie@navigatebuildingsolutions.com Note in the schedule below for Geotechnical services that firms shall be prepared to submit a cost proposal within 48 hours after the qualifications submission, should they receive notice from the Owner that they are a qualified firm. The City of Eureka, MO is in the schematic phase of design for park improvements at Legion and Lions Parks. The City is also in planning stages for various other park improvements and the potential construction of a new Government Center - including City Hall, Municipal Courts and Police. Geotechnical services may be needed on each of the various sites - with initial priority on Legion and Lions Parks located on Bald Hill Road. The City of Eureka is considering construction of new pavilions, paved parking lots, restrooms, shade structures and playing field improvements that will require subsurface exploration to inform foundation design. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
