Renovation of a military facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The work covered by this Scope of Work (SOW) consists of furnishing all construction services, labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, haul-off, licenses and permits required to to upgrade all existing interior light fixtures to LED fixtures at the United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) Warehouse, in Lincoln, NE. Project will be a "one for one" replacement consisting of two hundred twelve (212) 8' fixtures and eighty-one (81) 4' fixtures in the warehouse area. Fixture count for office area is eighty-six (86) 2x4 lay-ins, fifteen (15) 2x4 lay-ins, and one (1) 4' strip. All lighting fixtures specified here in shall be provided or an equal substitution approved by the project manager.
