Clarification deadline 9/22/2022 5:00 PM West Lampeter Township Board of Supervisors will act on the Bid at their regularly scheduled Meeting on Monday, October 10, 2022. The Bids must cover all costs for the completion of this project as set forth in the Project Manual. The work involves the manufacture, delivery and installation of one precast reinforced concrete box culvert having inside measurements of 12'-0" span x 6'-0" rise, closed cell neoprene joint gaskets, post-tensioning, and other assembly hardware. The project also includes the supply, delivery and installation of precast concrete wing walls. West Lampeter Township will perform all other construction work. Bid security in an amount not less than 10% of the amount of the bid will be required in the form of certified check, cashier's check, bank treasurer's check, or satisfactory bid bond made payable to or naming as obligee West Lampeter Township, Lancaster County. All bids will remain irrevocable for 60 days after the actual date of bid opening in compliance with Act 317 of 1978 approved November 26, 1978. Bidders are advised that they must comply with All State anti-kickback regulations pertaining to work associated with this project. You are required to submit an executed anti-collusion statement with the bid. A Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract and each with satisfactory corporate surety, will be required to be furnished by the successful bidder at the time stated in the specifications. West Lampeter Township hereby reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, or informalities, in bids received, to reject any and/or all bids submitted and to accept any bid which it may deem to be in the best interests of the Township.
