Site work and new construction of a library in Las Vegas, Nevada. Working plans call for the construction of a library; and for site work for a library.
A Request for Proposals for CMaR is expected to be released in either December of this year or January 2023. The Las Vegas-Clark County Library District ("Owner") hereby invites interested persons or organizations, qualified and licensed as a construction manager/general contractor ("Applicants"), to submit written Proposals for the performance of Construction Manager At Risk services for the CMAR of the new West Las Vegas Library ("Project"). Estimated Project Cost: $25,000,000. Preconstruction Services shall include constructability reviews, construction cost estimates, advice, project analysis, and feedback regarding materials, methods, systems, schedule, labor, and other conditions affecting construction and subcontractor selection for development and construction of the Project. Preconstruction services are anticipated to begin December 2022 and construction is anticipated to begin July 2023, estimated completion December 2024.
