Sealed Bids for "Metro Drive Reconstruction, Jamison Court Extension, and American Way at Centre Circle Roundabout", Bid # 22-07 will be received. Project consists of the following: Metro Drive Reconstruction: The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for performing all work necessary for the removal of the existing and construction of the new Metro Drive pavement, subgrade, installation of new subbase material, storm drainage culverts, driveways, and re-grading of open ditches. The project limits is broken into 3 schedules as follows: Metro Drive Base Bid: +-2,700 linear feet from Apache Trail to STA 17+20 and STA 25+00 to Railroad ROW line Metro Drive (Bid Alt 1): +-800 linear feet from STA 17+20 to STA 25+00. Note, Bid Alternative 1 will be awarded if sufficient funding exists. Jamison Court Extension: The project is included in the base bid and consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment for performing all work necessary for the construction of approximately 800 linear feet of concrete roadway with internalized storm drainage and approximately 700 linear feet of 12" waterline. American Way and Center Circle Roundabout: The project is included in the base bid and consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work necessary for the construction of a roundabout intersection located at American Way and Center Circle Drive. The construction includes approximately five hundred fifty (550) square yards of concrete pavement, two hundred sixty four linear feet of mountable curb, and associated landscaping and irrigation improvements as detailed in the Bidding Documents. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
