The County of Rockland is seeking a qualified contractor/supplier to furnish all Labor, Material, Equipment, Tools, and Supervision to remove and replace the existing safety surfacing in Playground Area 1, Repair equipment and safety surface in Playground Area 2, at Haverstraw Bay County Park as per the following specifications. Playground Area 1. Remove and dispose of approximately 9,150 square feet of existing safety surfacing. Add additional stone and recompact to bring any sunken areas to proper grade. Reset any decks or posts on existing equipment. Furnish and install appropriately 9,150 square feet of poured-in-place rubber safety surfacing. Playground Area 2. Cut and repair approximately 80 linear feet of cracked seem Participation Requirements - Minority Business Participation - Women-Owned Business Participation General Requirements - Certified Payroll - Federally Funded - FOB Destination - Installation Required - Insurance Required - Material Safety Data Sheets Required - Prevailing Wage Required - Warranty Information Required Award Requirements - All or None Award
