Site work for a mixed-use development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

Use 3,300 SF for bidding purposes. Power wash entire surface, fill in gaps, patch all cracks and seams. Apply playground PIP topcoat paint to entire surface. Bid quantities of artificial turf: 2800 square feet Remove and dispose of existing mulch, install drainage and stone subbase (Crush and Run/57 Stone), remove edge of PIP surfacing and install nailer boards, provide and install approximately 2800 SF turf with 1-1/8" pad (Doesn't have to confirm to any fall zone) Provide & install temporary fencing around area under construction (LF varies).
