Sealed bids are invited for the construction of Fire Suppression System Improvements at Mountain Gateway Community College, Project Code # 260-A6260-006 (MR10516), located in Clifton Forge, Virginia. The project is generally described as the replacement of the existing on-site fire pump (electric-driven) with a new electric-driven fire pump, and the decommissioning and removal of the existing water storage tank. Upgrade to existing electrical system to support newly installed equipment. A Standard Commonwealth Bid Bond is required (form CO-10.2 and Contract Security is required) for any bid regardless of bid amount. eVA Vendor Registration: The bidder or offeror shall be a registered vendor in eVA.
