Renovation of a water / sewer project in Katy, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This work includes, but is not limited to: blasting and coating the interior of Hydropneumatic Tank No. 1; touch-up coat exterior of Hydropneumatic Tank No. 1; touch-up coat interior of Hydropneumatic Tank No. 2; touch-up coat exterior of Hydropneumatic Tank No. 2; pressure wash and coat generator enclosure; Wire brush and recoat well motor and discharge header; blast and recoat well piping, valves and support; Wire brush and cold spray galvanize electrical conduit and unistrut support; pressure wash and recoat exterior of CMU building; replace specified front panels on the motor control center; touch up coat Booster Pump Nos. 1, 2 , 3, 4, & 5 including discharge head, motor casing, can, threaded connection at pressure gauge, air release valve at discharge side, and coupling adapter for each pump; replace line shaft guard on motor casing for Booster Pump Nos. 1, 2 & 3; wire brush & cold spray galvanize 3-inch pipe straps and bolts at booster pump pipe supports; fill low spot with crushed concrete; Cut swale and grade; regrade front of motor control center building The project site is located at 20607 Park ROW, Katy, Texas 77449 (446W).
