The Center de services scolaire Marguerite-Bourgeoys (CSSMB) wishes to retain the services of ONE (1) contractor as SERVICE PROVIDER for a contract for a period of ONE (1) year, from the date of the Notice until September 30, 2023 with the possibility of TWO (2) contract renewal options for a period of ONE (1) year each, in order to carry out maintenance, inspection, fine-tuning, minor repairs, service calls and other minor related work on generator sets, all under the conditions described in the tender documents of this file 22-073, including this Specification. 1.2. The equipment to be inspected is located in buildings divided into three different Sectors: NORTH sector WEST sector SOUTH sector 2. AWARD 2.1. The CSSMB intends to award a Contract to the compliant BIDDER who has proposed the lowest total amount (GRAND TOTAL of the BID) identified in its form ANNEX 2 - PRICE SCHEDULE.
