Renovation of a mixed-use development in El Paso, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of October 27 2022, the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** This is an indefinite quantity, time and materials Contract used to supplement work done by District personnel. Contractor shall, upon request, furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete specified work. Work requests shall be for: - Trouble shooting and repair of hydronic and domestic water boiler system problems as required -Repairing hydronic and domestic water boiler controls, pneumatics and system operations -Monitoring and testing for carbon monoxide (CO) - Calibrating the thermostats - Cleaning coils and bleeding heating lines - Valve, pump and/or motor replacement - Repair and/or replace associated piping as required - Contractor shall obtain building permits when required. -All work shall be done in conformance to all applicable building code requirements Question Deadline: 9/6/2022 02:00 PM (MT)
