A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Engineering services to design a Justice Complex in accordance with federal disaster relief program requirements. The type of project(s) will include the design of a multistory facility on an existing urban lot with courts, a safe room, holding cells, parking, secure document storage, and offices for Clerk of Court functions, law enforcement and attorneys. The TPCG through this RFQ will be identifying one or more engineering and architectural firms deemed eligible to perform work within Terrebonne Parish. The selected firm(s) will be assigned based on the strength of the firmAcAEURA(TM)s qualifications in design and construction of courthouses, safe rooms, and secure facilities. The procedures for the selection of this firm will be in accordance with the procurement requirements of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government. All responses received will be evaluated in accordance with the selection criteria and corresponding point system, which is identified in the request for statements of qualifications. That package also identifies the scope of services to be performed by the selected firm.
