Job Order Contract (JOC) - Infrastructure Enhancement Proposers shall have either a: Class A license or the following Class C license which constitutes a majority of the Work: C-27. The JOC Master Agreement may be executed for an initial contract term of 12 months, with the option of extending the JOC Master Agreement for up to two 12-month periods. All extensions or renewals shall be priced as provided in the Price Proposal. Time extensions shall be mutually agreed to by the Department and the Contractor. The Department may reject: a) All Proposals b) A nonresponsive Proposal c) A Proposal from any entity that is a parent, Affiliate, or subsidiary, or that is under common ownership, control, or management with any other entity submitting a Proposal on the Project.
