It should be noted that the granting of this contract is conditional on obtaining all the authorizations required for the execution of the work. Brief description of the work The contract consists of carrying out winter maintenance work on the Chisasibi roads, section between km 0.3 and km 90.6, LG-1 and access to the "Highground Park" and its parking lots. The market starts on December 1 , 2022 and ends on April 30, 2023. It can be renewed for an additional year. ONLY SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE CONTRACT WHO HAVE AN ESTABLISHMENT ON THE TERRITORY OF THE COMMUNITY OF CHISASIBI AND WHO HAVE THE MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS. THE COMPANY MAY REQUIRE A CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY THE CREE NATION OF CHISASIBI. By establishment, the Company means: "Place where the service provider carries out its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified with its name and accessible during normal office hours. >> A bid guarantee in the form of a certified check, money order or bank draft representing 5% of the total amount of the bid including taxes or in the form of a bond representing 10% of the total amount of the bid including taxes must accompany the bid.
