Engineered Pre-Design of a Dykeland System Upgrade- Great Village Marsh (NS114) Nova Scotia Department of Agriculture (NSDA) intends to retain the services of a consulting firm in the capacity of Prime Consultant (Consultant), supported by a multidisciplinary team of Sub-Consultants as necessary, for the provisions of the services required for this project. The services required for the project work include Pre-Design and Analysis. The intent of this project is to develop a pre-design solution in order to inform the development of a long-term climate adaptive solution for the dykeland system. The current dykeland system, as part of this RFP, provides flood protection for agricultural land along with public and private infrastructure. The pre-design solution must meet the design criteria and requirements outlined in the Dykeland System Design Decision Tree (DDT) and supporting documents, based on the classification of the dykeland system.
