Site work and renovation of a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of Project: Water Plant No. 1 Rehabilitation to include, but not limited to, abrasive blasting and recoating of the interior and exterior of GST No. 1 and all attendant above ground piping and fittings, providing shrouding during blasting and coating of tank, installation of 14 peripheral shell vents, internal ladder with SAF-T-CLIMB rail, replacement of double gooseneck vent and installation of non-slip surface on tank roof; abrasive blasting and coating of the interior and exterior of HPT No. 1 and 3; abrasive blasting and coating of the exterior of HPT No. 2; replacement of HPT No.1 equipment box insulation; abrasive blasting and coating of surface water station piping; replacement of air compressor. Complete in place. The deadline to ask questions is 9/09/2022 10:00 AM CST A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
