The intent of this RFP is to obtain fully compliant proposals to select Trade Partners. Successful Trade Partners will be required to provide Pre-Construction and Design Assist services to develop a Guaranteed Maximum Price to undertake the work to build the New Neepawa Health Centre. Respondents are to utilize a scored selection process is for this procurement with the intent that the successful Respondent's proposal offers best value for the project. Scope Sections included: Structural steel, steel studs & drywall, mechanical, fire protection, and electrical. The project consists of the replacement of the existing time expired Neepawa Hospital with a new approximately 180,000 sf facility built on a new greenfield site in the town of Neepawa, approximately 60 inpatient beds intended to consolidate care services for Neepawa and the surrounding communities. The new enhanced district hub will also address increased need for specialty programs including chemotherapy, renal dialysis, surgery, obstetrics, bariatric and chronic care. The new Neepawa Health Centre (NHC) will also accommodate space for an expanded emergency department, an ambulatory care clinic, ORs and procedure rooms, medical device reprocessing (MDR), pharmacy, diagnostic services, cafeteria and food services, laundry, public amenity spaces and staff support spaces.
