Washington County, Oregon is requesting proposals from qualified development consultants to assist with the development of an approximately 120-unit affordable housing building on a three-acre land lease property in unincorporated Washington County at the Portland Community College (PCC) Rock Creek campus. Question Submission Deadline:September 9, 2022, 5:00pm Contractor Selection Date:October 14, 2022 The County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding by the County it is in the public interest to do so. Washington County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all informalities in the best interest of the County. The term of the contract will be Contract will be for a five year period. The maximum term of the contract will be five years. The estimated expenditure for the contract is approximately 500,000. Actual expenditures may be more or less depending on actual requirements.
