Site work and paving for a road / highway in Ionia, Michigan. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

As of December 13, 2022, an engineer has been selected for the project. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Repave existing entrance drive, perimeter road and parking lots. Several culverts may be added under the perimeter road to facilitate drainage. Minor paving modifications (widening of drives / corners) may be required. Expansion of existing turn-arounds may also be included. The dormitory drive and parking areas will also be included in the project. Existing asphalt surfaces to be pulverized and left in place prior to repaving. Some new concrete curbing may be required. Repave existing entrance drive, perimeter road and parking lots.
