Board of Trustees of the Leo-Cedarville Regional Sewer District (LCRSD) in Leo, Indiana, that sealed Bids for: Low Pressure Force Main Wheelock Road The funding source for this project is Sewer Revenue. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of the following project, Low Pressure Force Main Wheelock Road as follows: Construction of 3307 LF of 3" low pressure sewer force main along Wheelock Road all in accordance with the Bidding Documents as prepared by Fort Wayne City Utilities Engineering and DABEC, Auburn, IN. No Bid will be accepted from, or contract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation that is in arrears to the LCRSD, upon any debt or contract, or, who has failed to execute, in whole or in part in a satisfactory manner, any contract with the District; or, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to the District, or is engaged in litigation with the District. No Bid may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after the scheduled time for receipt of Bids so as to allow review of Bids before announcing award of Contract. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount no less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid.
