Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Legal, Alberta. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 Hazardous material abatement of existing Ecole Citadelle school and retain connecting link. .2 Construction of new exterior wall/parapet (to match existing) to infill existing link opening where portion of school was removed. .3 There is standing water in a portion of the basement that will require to be emptied and extensive mould abatement may be required in that area and other areas. .4 Restoration of existing site and related site work after demolition of existing school is complete. .5 Ensure Mural and Tree are protected from damage during demolition. These are to remain.
